What does this mean for Forum delegates?
As well as an assurance that the training and learning experience the Executive PA Forum offers you is of an exceptionally high standard, we can issue you with a certificate stating the number of points that you have earned by attending (online or offline). You receive 1 CPD point for each hour of learning. The certificate can be used to demonstrate your individual commitment to CPD and proof of quality learning that has been undertaken.

Progressing through roles from Chemical Engineering to Corporate Governance, solution-oriented with an enquiring mind, Roseanne Connolly has been consistently interested in how things are made and figuring out the best approach to optimise processes. Demonstrating her knowledge of the business and how it operates, being a quick learner, her can-do attitude and diplomatic personality were all recognised as the golden combination to fulfill the role of a C-Level EA in a busy international financial services firm which kicked off her career as an Executive Assistant.
Since then Roseanne has qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary & Corporate Governance Professional. She is also currently the APAI’s Executive Committee Chair

With over 15 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and the Wellness Industry, Elysia has combined her expertise to partner with businesses to help develop strategies to attract, engage and retain employees.
Working within multiple sectors Elysia helps promote a healthy workforce that supports business needs and enhances productivity and engagement.
She does this through a range of strategies including workshops, speaking engagements, workplace wellness strategies and diagnostic assessments. Elysia currently leads the strategic wellness service offering within Cpl’s Future of Work Institute.
Adam Fidler, International EA/PA Coach & Trainer, Principal and Founder of Adam Fidler Academy
Adam is a renowned global trainer who offers inspirational teaching and learning for PAs, EAs and business support professionals.
After graduating with a degree in business studies in 1999, Adam worked as a corporate Board-level Assistant in a variety of organisations, including The Boots Company PLC, Bank of America and Salford City College.
He qualified as a teacher in 2008 and has, since then, educated hundreds of Assistants all over the world.
Janet Barrett has had a wide and varied career on her journey to becoming an Executive Assistant, and combining all her experiences to date – unconsciously or otherwise – have shaped her to becoming the person and professional she is today.
From studying nautical science, to running her own business, to being the only female working in a Nigerian construction/agri company to now working as an Executive Assistant at one of the world’s most high profile organisations, Facebook.
Elzaan Marnane, Principal Clinical Psychologist, Core Clinical
Elzaan is a Principal Clinical Psychologist who qualified as a Clinical Psychologist at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, in 2004. In 2006, she started her journey of escaping her cage by boarding a plane for Ireland with no more than a pink suitcase and a load of study debt.
Elzaan is registered as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland. She is currently a Director of Core Clinical which she co-founded with Dr Linda O’Rourke, Consultant Psychiatrist. A main focus of Elzaan’s work is the psychology of women and giving women access to information that can help them free themselves from self-limiting beliefs. Additional current professional roles include being a guest lecturer on the Psychology and Psychotherapy training courses at Trinity College and has lectured on the Clinical Psychology Doctorate Programme since 2008.
Elzaan also consults at Empower, a company dedicated to empowering disadvantaged members of the community in the Fingal area.
Ciara Conlon, High Performance Leadership Coach, Speaker & Author
Ciara Conlon is an experienced Speaker and Coach, and expert in Productivity and Performance. She works with leaders and their teams helping them to recognise how their subconscious mind is limiting their potential.

Aoife Mollin, Corporate & Executive Coach AMA Results

Aoife has spent over 13 years in Management consultancy working across industries within both the private and the public sector. Aoife is currently pursuing a part-time Masters in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology with the University of East London & a PCC credential (Professional Certified Coach) through the ICF. Aoife was a finalist in the 2016 Coach of the Year Ireland ICF awards.
