Heather Dallas started her career in the 80’s in various EA roles within design, manufacturing, retail then Deloitte as PA to the Group Partner in Audit. After 4 years she was given an opportunity to move into a new role within national HR to introduce inter-personal skills training for the 1500 support staff. This role became global and Deloitte offices in Asia-Pacific, the US and Europe asked her to visit to introduce courses in their countries. After 10 years of loving this role, Heather decided to set-up her own training and coaching business, Dallas Development.

Over the last 19 years she has run many EA and management programmes around the world and is a motivational public speaker at events in Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and Europe. Her passion is helping individuals develop their inter-personal skills, confidence and visibility to maximise their potential. She is a MBTI practitioner, Emotional Intelligence consultant, Belbin Team Roles consultant and NLP master practitioner.
